You are responsible for independently evaluating any provider, organization, service, or information before relying on it.

Evolve may add, revise, decline, or remove resource listings at its discretion. Submitting a resource recommendation does not guarantee publication.

6. Events and Registration

Event availability, capacity, schedules, locations, speakers, performers, activities, and other details are subject to change.

By registering for an event, you agree to:

Evolve may refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the event.

Removal for misconduct may occur without a refund.

Event-specific rules, releases, waivers, or registration terms may also apply. If event-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the event-specific terms will control for that event.

7. Tickets, Fees, Donations, and Payments

Certain events, programs, merchandise, or other offerings may require payment. Evolve may also accept donations or sponsorship contributions.

Prices, fees, refund terms, and payment requirements will be displayed at the time of the applicable transaction.

Evolve may modify, postpone, relocate, convert to a virtual format, or cancel an event because of circumstances including:

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Evolve is not responsible for transportation, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or other personal expenses related to attending or preparing to attend an event.

9. Photography, Video, and Event Media

Photography, audio recording, or video recording may occur at Evolve events.

When recording is planned, Evolve may provide notice through registration language, event signage, announcements, or other reasonable methods. Images or recordings may be used to document or promote Evolve’s mission, programs, events, campaigns, and community impact.

When feasible, guests with privacy concerns should notify an Evolve representative before participating or upon arrival. Evolve will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee that an attendee will not appear incidentally in crowd or background footage.

Interviews, featured testimonials, personal stories, and closely identifiable promotional content may require a separate media release or express permission.

Attendees may not photograph, record, identify, or publicly share information about another participant in a way that violates that person’s privacy, consent, dignity, or safety.

10. Content You Submit

You may have opportunities to submit photographs, videos, testimonials, stories, comments, resource recommendations, feedback, or other material (“Submitted Content”).

You retain ownership of original content you create. By voluntarily submitting content for possible publication or promotion, you represent that:

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you grant Evolve a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, format, display, publish, distribute, and promote Submitted Content in connection with Evolve’s mission, programs, website, social media, campaigns, fundraising, and community communications.

This license does not transfer your ownership to Evolve.

Evolve is not required to publish Submitted Content and may edit, decline, unpublish, or remove it at its discretion. When practical, Evolve may honor reasonable requests to remove future uses of submitted content, but removal may not be possible for materials already printed, distributed, archived, or incorporated into completed media.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Evolve does not warrant that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to that venue.

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and reviewing communications related to your inquiry, registration, or transaction.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. No Waiver

Evolve’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable event-specific terms, registration terms, waivers, or written agreements constitute the agreement between you and Evolve regarding the applicable website use, event, transaction, or service.

26. Changes to These Terms
