5. Community Resources and Provider Listings
Evolve may identify or link to healthcare providers, therapists, attorneys, housing organizations, employers, financial professionals, advocacy groups, community organizations, and other resources.

- Evolve does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information
- Services, eligibility requirements, costs, insurance participation, operating hours, and contact information may change
You are responsible for independently evaluating any provider, organization, service, or information before relying on it.
Evolve may add, revise, decline, or remove resource listings at its discretion. Submitting a resource recommendation does not guarantee publication.
6. Events and Registration
Event availability, capacity, schedules, locations, speakers, performers, activities, and other details are subject to change.
By registering for an event, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Follow event rules, venue requirements, and staff instructions

Evolve may refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the event.
Removal for misconduct may occur without a refund.
Event-specific rules, releases, waivers, or registration terms may also apply. If event-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the event-specific terms will control for that event.
7. Tickets, Fees, Donations, and Payments
Certain events, programs, merchandise, or other offerings may require payment. Evolve may also accept donations or sponsorship contributions.
Prices, fees, refund terms, and payment requirements will be displayed at the time of the applicable transaction.
By completing a paid transaction, you:
- Represent that the payment information provided is accurate
- Confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
- Authorize the applicable charge
- Agree to any event-specific payment or refund terms presented during checkout
Payments may be processed by an independent third-party payment, donation, or ticketing platform. That provider’s terms and privacy policy may also apply.
Evolve does not intend to collect or store complete payment-card numbers directly through its website.
Unless otherwise stated, donations are voluntary and nonrefundable. Tax deductibility depends on Evolve’s legal and tax status and your individual circumstances. A contribution should not be treated as tax-deductible unless Evolve provides an appropriate written acknowledgment.
8. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Refund and transfer policies may vary by event and will be stated on the event page, registration form, ticket, or checkout screen.
Evolve may modify, postpone, relocate, convert to a virtual format, or cancel an event because of circumstances including:
- Severe weather
- Venue or vendor issues
- Public-health or safety concerns
- Speaker or performer availability
- Insufficient registration
- Governmental requirements
- Emergencies or circumstances beyond Evolve’s reasonable control
If Evolve cancels a paid event, the applicable event notice will explain whether participants will receive a refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Evolve is not responsible for transportation, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or other personal expenses related to attending or preparing to attend an event.
9. Photography, Video, and Event Media
Photography, audio recording, or video recording may occur at Evolve events.
When recording is planned, Evolve may provide notice through registration language, event signage, announcements, or other reasonable methods. Images or recordings may be used to document or promote Evolve’s mission, programs, events, campaigns, and community impact.
When feasible, guests with privacy concerns should notify an Evolve representative before participating or upon arrival. Evolve will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee that an attendee will not appear incidentally in crowd or background footage.
Interviews, featured testimonials, personal stories, and closely identifiable promotional content may require a separate media release or express permission.
Attendees may not photograph, record, identify, or publicly share information about another participant in a way that violates that person’s privacy, consent, dignity, or safety.
10. Content You Submit
You may have opportunities to submit photographs, videos, testimonials, stories, comments, resource recommendations, feedback, or other material (“Submitted Content”).
You retain ownership of original content you create. By voluntarily submitting content for possible publication or promotion, you represent that:
- You created the content or have permission to submit it
- The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
- Any individuals clearly featured in the content have provided appropriate permission
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you grant Evolve a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, format, display, publish, distribute, and promote Submitted Content in connection with Evolve’s mission, programs, website, social media, campaigns, fundraising, and community communications.
This license does not transfer your ownership to Evolve.
Evolve is not required to publish Submitted Content and may edit, decline, unpublish, or remove it at its discretion. When practical, Evolve may honor reasonable requests to remove future uses of submitted content, but removal may not be possible for materials already printed, distributed, archived, or incorporated into completed media.
Do not submit confidential medical information, government identification numbers, financial credentials, or another person’s private information through a general submission form.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, downloads, campaign materials, and website arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Evolve and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Evolve does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, accessibility, security, privacy practices, products, services, or conduct.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies. You should review those terms before providing personal or payment information.
14. Partnerships, Sponsorships, and Volunteer Inquiries
Submitting a partnership, sponsorship, or volunteer form expresses interest only. It does not create:
- An employment relationship
- A volunteer appointment
- A partnership
- A sponsorship agreement
- An agency relationship
- A contractual obligation
- A promise of selection or participation
Any formal relationship with Evolve may require additional review, documentation, screening, training, insurance, releases, or a separate written agreement.
Evolve may accept or decline an inquiry based on organizational needs, capacity, safety, qualifications, mission alignment, or other relevant considerations.
15. Future Community Hub
Evolve may introduce a Community Hub with member profiles, discussions, messaging, announcements, networking, event notifications, or exclusive resources.

Use of the Community Hub may require agreement to those additional terms.
16. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by Evolve’s Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
By submitting information through this website, you acknowledge that internet communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Evolve does not warrant that:
- The website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Website content will always be complete, current, or accurate
- Third-party resources will remain available
- Any provider or service will meet your individual needs
- Website files will be free from harmful components
- Any particular result will arise from using the website, attending an event, or accessing a resource
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolve and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the website
- Reliance on website content
- Use of a third-party provider, organization, resource, platform, or external link
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of information
- Changes to or cancellation of an event
- Conduct of another visitor, attendee, vendor, or third party
- Loss of data, opportunity, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible loss
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your Submitted Content
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misconduct at an Evolve event or through an Evolve platform
This section does not require you to indemnify Evolve for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

Evolve may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or its interactive features if it reasonably determines that a user:
- Violated these Terms
- Threatened another person’s safety or privacy
- Interfered with the website’s operation
- Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity
- Created legal, operational, or security risk for Evolve or its community
Termination does not affect provisions that should reasonably survive, including those addressing intellectual property, submitted content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to that venue.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Evolve agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally by written communication.
22. Electronic Communications
By submitting an online form, registering for an event, completing a transaction, or otherwise communicating with Evolve electronically, you consent to receive related communications electronically.
Electronic notices, confirmations, disclosures, and records may satisfy requirements that communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and reviewing communications related to your inquiry, registration, or transaction.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. No Waiver
Evolve’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable event-specific terms, registration terms, waivers, or written agreements constitute the agreement between you and Evolve regarding the applicable website use, event, transaction, or service.
26. Changes to These Terms
Evolve may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, programs, services, technology, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Material changes may also be announced through the website or another appropriate communication.
