Metro Healthy Community connects individuals with accessible, affirming health and wellness services designed to support the whole person. From preventive care and sexual health resources to education and community-based support, Metro provides a welcoming space to access care with dignity and confidence. For the Evolve community, it offers a valuable connection to trusted services that complement our commitment to health equity, wellness, and helping our community thrive.
